Lake Project Ownership and Participants
To
view the ownership of the participants in our Sawn Lake
Project click on the links below to download the Land
Status report from the Alberta Department of Energy for
each Oil Sands Lease and our Oil Sands Permit.
Please note that currently with the Alberta Department of
Energy there is a pending transfer of
percentage ownership to transfer half of our 80% working interest in
12 sections of our 69.5 sections in our Sawn Lake
Project to 1350826 Alberta Ltd. (1350826 Alberta Ltd. is
a private company owned by Andora Energy Corporation) to
reflect the sections earned in the now terminated
Farmout Agreement dated February 25, 2005, and these 12
sections earned by 1350826 Alberta Ltd. are shown on the
map below. As of April 1,
2008 the Alberta Department of Energy reports indicate
that we have an 80% ownership in 69.5 sections of our
Sawn Lake Project pending the transfer indicated
above.

Operations to Date

Acquired
3 Peace River Oil Sands Development leases totaling
31 sections of land in North Central Alberta,
Canada.

Acquired
an additional 3 Peace River Oil Sands Development
leases and 1 Oil Sands Permit through the
acquisition of Northern Alberta Oil Ltd., totaling
38.5 sections of land in North Central Alberta,
Canada.

Raised
$2.3 million US in 2005 and 2006 through private
offerings of our common stock to eliminate all long
term debt and finance operations.

Acquired
7.55 million common shares of Signet Energy Inc.

First
three wells drilled at Sawn Lake confirmed net oil
pay ranging from 12 to 23 meters thick.

Raised
$2 million US in the first half of 2007 through a
private offering of our common stock and recently
raised an additional $5 million US through a private
offering of our common stock. The funds will be used
to execute Deep Well's plan of development for Sawn
Lake.
