Notwithstanding
the cause and effect of global warming, the scientific
evidence of pervasive climate change is irrefutable.
From this perspective, the Board of Directors of Deep
Well Oil & Gas, Inc. have established an
Environmental Impact Committee that is composed of
members of the Board of Directors and chaired by the
Company's Chief Executive Officer to evolve corporate
policy, standards, reporting, and audit mechanisms. The
Company's environmental policies will be largely based
on guidelines and white papers by the Coalition for
Environmentally Responsible Economies and the now
independent Global Reporting Initiative.
Deep
Well Oil & Gas, Inc. aspires to become a primary
supplier of crude oil and plans to aggressively and
proactively react to the economic ramifications of
environmental impact.
The
Company regards losses to the environment as avoidable
waste to be mitigated at every opportunity.
